We like coffee, OK we really like coffee. For years we have been roasting at home and sharing with family and friends. But the time finally came to step up our game, and here we are. That’s where our story starts.

 

Where does the name New Moon Roasters come from? Whether it comes to coffee or chocolate, we like it dark, and the new moon is the darkest of moons. So there it is, New Moon Roasters is born.
